Hello, I Have Been Having Shortness Of Breath And Difficulty

Question: Hello, I have been having Shortness of breath and difficulty breathing for the past 6 days. I went to the ER they sent me home because my vitals and EKG were normal, then I went to urgent care 3 times . The doctor did a chest X ray but it came out normal idk what’s the issue. I’ve tried breathing exercises and nothing has worked.

I can understand your concern.
Since your ECGs, vitals and chest x ray are normal, no need to worry for heart or lung related diseases.
But sometimes resting ECG can be normal.
So get done TMT (Trade mill test).
If this is also normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Similarly chest x ray can be normal in asthma, bronchitis. So get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
If PFT is also normal then no need to worry for asthma or bronchitis.
