Hello there, Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...

Please note regarding the Thyroid profile, you need to get Free T3 (fT3), Free T4 (fT4), TSH, and Anti-TPO antibodies (this one needs to be mentioned specifically) done as a part of primary evaluation...If there's any visible/progressively growing/pulsatile neck swelling, then an Ultrasound Neck is also recommended...

Depending upon these parameters, it's also important to get yourself checked up by a physician as the clinical features of hypo/hyperthyroidism can only be determined after the thorough clinical check-up along with these laboratory test findings.

Based on these results, further management plans (the mainstay of management is by Thyroxin supplementation, dietary modifications) can be decided.

Let me know if I can assist you further...

Kind Regards
