Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Your blood pressure values are low and your symptoms are related to low blood pressure values.

Coming to this point, I would recommend avoid blood pressure meds during these days, until your blood pressure values will get high again.

If low blood pressure values persist, despite stopping blood pressure meds, I would recommend consulting with your GP for a physical exam and some tests:

- complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes for any possible imbalance
- a resting ECG.

In the meantime, I recommend having some rest and taking plenty of fluids.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
