Question: Hello, I am taking trileptal 300 mg twice a day for mood stabilization, 5 mg propranolol twice a day for tachycardia, 100 mg luvox in the morning for OCD, 150 mg wellbutrin XL in the morning for depression, and 0.5 mg of klonopin twice a day for anxiety. I would like to take 300 mg trileptal once a day instead of twice a day. Please give me tapering instructions. Thank you. I am taking it for mood stabilization not seizures.
