Brief Answer:
Age related changes..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

These changes are quite expected at this age. Concentric LVH, Aortic wall thickening / sclerosis as well as type 1 diastolic dysfunction are age related changes. High blood pressure if any can contribute to these changes.
But all these changes are not alarming and do not warrant any immediate medical attention.

So in simple words, the findings are not significantly worrying.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Thank you doctor. May I know if any dietary recommendations for these findings so as not to worsen these?

Brief Answer:
A low salt dietary regimen...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

High blood pressure is one known factor that's might add to the current changes. Therefore the only dietary suggestion I have is to lower your daily salt intake. It should be under 5gm per day.

In addition to dietary modification, it will be beneficial to keep weight under limits. Aerobic physical exercise will help. So include exercise as per your tolerance to prevent worsening.

Hope this answered your query. Let me know if you have any other questions.
