Hello. I Am A 26 Year Old Male Not Currently

Question: Hello. I am a 26 year old male not currently with a sexual partner. About five days ago, while at work, I was twisting my torso to push boxes down a conveyor belt with my left arm. I felt a twinge in my groin muscle and slight pain in my right testicle. I didn't feel anything beside that until the day after next. I felt like my lower stomach was aching. Almost like when you need to use the restroom. The next day that subsided. It subsided even further the day after. Then the next day, which was yesterday, I noticed my right testicle was very tender. Now today it is less tender and I have no pain in my stomach. There is no swelling, shrinkage, or discoloration. It doesn't look out of place. The only thing is I feel a slight bulge at the epididymis of it that is very tender. Everything is still functioning properly. I am just wondering if I need to see a doctor. I'm 200lbs and relatively in shape for that size. My only previous injury down there was an odd occurance a few years ago where upon ejaculation, it was as if the lubricating fluid separated from the semen and an intense pain occured where the semen was incredibly thick and took a little while to come out. That remedied itself. Please feel free to contact me at YYYY@YYYY thank you.

Brief Answer:
An ultrasound should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.

Possibility of a minor torsion (the cord and blood vessels supplying the tests may get twisted) has to be ruled out.

You have to get an ultrasound scrotum to assess the blood supply, inflammation of the scrotum.
As you have improved, the chances of major problems are very unlikely.

As of now, you can use over the counter available analgesics/anti-inflammatory combination like aceclofenac/serratiopeptidase for symptomatic relief.

Thanks
