Brief Answer:
Do not be overly concerned...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand blood in stools concerns you and on the net it is written colon cancer all over the place. But not every time some one has bloody stool and they end up with a colon cancer. You may have a something known as hemorrhoids (internal). Hemorrhoids are more common than colon cancer, given the fact that bleeding occur when you sit for prolonged hours driving that vehicle.

It is going to be hard to believe or confirm with my opinion. Therefore I will suggest to see a doctor. A simple per rectal examination and a proctoscopy / colonoscopy would be offered to confirm the cause of bleeding and rule out colon cancer.

Hope this helped. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
