Question: Hello Dr XXXXXXX Jangid
May I check with you what are the possible risks if the only interaction with a working lady is to have lap dance (both are fullu dressed). No intercourse in any form whatsoever. Just foreplay playing and kissing the breasts, kiss on cheek and no lip to lip kissing.
The lady gave me a love bite on the neck and i checked there was no skin damage or active bleeding.
The lady gave stimualted my private organ over my dress no direct contact. I ejaculated in my underwear however the lady could feel the wetness ober my shorts. I also likewise stimulated the lady over her shorts no direct contact and she also became wet which I could feel over her shorts.

Do u see any issue. May I request Dr XXXXXXX to answer

Brief Answer:
Your HIV transmission risk is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
HIV can be transmitted through exchange of body fluids between persons.
Kissing cheek and breast are safe and not having much risk.
Regarding Love bite, even though you were not able to appreciate any injury externally, we can rule out some microscopic abrasions. But still the risk for HIV is negligible only. Feeling the wetness of underwear also as some negligible risk as there is contact with body fluid. (https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/risk/estimates/riskbehaviors.html) as per CDC XXXXXXX

Thank You Sir
How much of a risk percent would you think
I did not take PEP. Was it warranted
I remembering just touching my face and nose briefly after 2 to 3 minutes after fingering.

I am very stressed out Sir.
Should I do PCR RNA at 2 weeks which is offered where I am based

Brief Answer:
Your risk is for HIV is negligible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
High risk is anything between 4-11 chances per 10000 exposures. Anything less, then it is low risk. But yours is negligible risk. It means that it will be less than the lower risk. Then you can estimate the percentage of your risk.
PEP will not be of any use after 72 hours.
HIV can persist in the body fluids as long as it gets dried. After that it will be unlikely.
Medicine is not mathematics to get a constant answer.

A negative DNA PCR or Qualitative RNA PCR 3 weeks after the encounter will relieve unnecessary mental tension.

Dear Doctor
You have been a great support
Please allow me this last query and I will close discussion and review doctor
When I rubbed my nose with the same finger that I used for fingering (over the dress), I might have in the normal breathing cycle sniffed at the finger .
I hope that does not cause any issue.

This is my last query. Thank You. My sincere apologies for repeated queries.
