After going through the ecg report attached by I would like to tell you that it’s a sinus rhythm ecg with slightly high heart rate, left axis deviation and no significant STT changes.

However there is increased voltage complexes qrs suggestive of Lv hypertrophy due to hypertension.

It’s advisable to get an echocardiogram done for proper evaluation.
