Question: Hello Dr,
Good morning,
I am Rajesh G and I am Raising this ticket on behalf of my Aunt. (Mrs. Devagi aged 65 years).

She was fighting against Breast cancer for the last 1 year. Now for treatment, she was asked to hold the breadth for 20 seconds, however, she was unable to hold the breadth for more than 5 seconds. While diagnosing, it was found that her lungs has water deposited with water.
1) Is it safe to remove the water and further proceed with the treatment?
2) Do we see any risk in removing the water from the lungs?
3) She is consuming tablets for BP and Diabetics.
4) She is consuming a table 3 to 4 times a week to urinate. Post tablet, she can urinate 6 times a day.
5) She has improved a lot in the last two months and can walk on her own, her appetite for food is also increased.

Currently, my aunt is consuming the following medicines:
Spironolactone I.P 25mg (2)
Calcium lactate I. P. 300mg (1)
Frusemide tablet 40mg (1)
Omeprazole capsule I. P. 20mg
Sugar: Metformin l. P. 500mg
Pressure:
Atorvastatin I. P. 10mg
Amlodipine I. P. 5mg
Vitamin B complex
Heart :
Aspirin 150mg
Glibenclamide 5mg
Tamoxifen I.P tamimex -10 for (cancer)

Query:
Will the investigation provide us the root cause of the water getting accumulated?
After removing the water from lungs/stomach, will the water get accumulated again?
