Question: Hello!! Doctor, My wife has had this(as visible in picture) skin reaction on the upper front body since her pregnancy delivery in nov 2018.. can you please help me what to do ?

I read your query and here is my advice.

I see a photo of the rash you attached and it is clearly seen that it is a fungal skin infection or ringworm.
You can find antifungal creams over the counter in pharmacy such monistat or clotrimoxazol or lamisil.
She can apply them on skin three times daily.
If the infection still persists oral antifungals such fluconazole in a single dose may be needed under doctor's guidance.
