Question: Hello Doctor,
My Triglycerides level are showing increased per the attached report.
I follow a very healthy diet and workout regularly but I have indulged high fat food in the recent month. Can it impact the results?

Except for some minor derangements, all your reports are good. My only concern is for your HBa1c levels which stands at a pre-diabetic state.

It’s advisable that you should start adopting healthy diet routine along with atleast 35-40 mins of brisk walk daily for 5 days a week and drink plenty of water.
