My TSH level is currently 7.32.

How much Mg elthroxin Tablet I should take? I am having excessive hair fall and sometime anxiety issues.

dear madam, TSH 7.3 is subclinical. may not need treatment . so confirm anti TPO antibodies first. then if we plan to treat, it is as per your body weight. kindly tell me your weight and height.

Many thanks for your revert. I have done TSH test only. I have not done anti TPO report. It seem to be different than TSH test.
Do I have to get the Anti Tpo test done seperately?
