Question: Hello Doctor, I see that there are some rashes developed all across my upper body recently and I get scratches on them intermittently request to check the pictures attached and prescribe thanks, XXXXXXX

Itchy rashes on upper trunk could be either part of an eczematous rash or it could be due to a superficial fungal infection or a hypersensitivity. Unfortunately I have not received the pictures of rashes. I request you to kindly upload images of the affected area in "Reports Section" so that I am able to have a look and guide you accordingly.
