Brief Answer:
He probably has some indigestion

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your baby probably has some indigestion. It will resolve by itself in sometime. If he develops watery stools and fever then please given him ORS in clean water. Further medicine can be decided if diarhea gets worse.
Meanwhile give him thicker foods like cookies well mixed in milk. Also add mashed vegetables and fruits to his diet e.g mashed sweet potato, peas, green beans, banana, etc.
Cow's milk can be given as there are chances of mixing powder milk in unclean water.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
