Brief Answer:
Require further evaluation....

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, her blood sugar level is slightly on higher side.

Looking at her age 63 yrs, strict sugar control is not required as there is a risk of hypoglycaemia.

Burning sensation in the feet may be due to peripheral neuropathy.

For further assessment, I would suggest you consult with physician. He may procure nerve conduction studies, complete hemogram, vitamin levels as per evaluation to rule out sciatica/vitamin deficiency /diabetic neuropathy.

Till then continue tablet multivitamin. Take balanced diabetic diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
