Brief Answer:
Please provide more details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the query.

Well the symptoms that you are explaining can be due to any injury to the jaw joint.
Please provide more details so that I can advise you better.
-Is this happening for the first time or this has happened before too?
-Did you open your mouth too wide to chew or yawn and experienced this pain and discomfort?
-Did you eat anything very hard ?
-Did you bite on anything very hard or stiff?
-Are you noticing any swelling at the jaw joint area?
-Are you able to open your mouth completely?
-Any deviation of jaw to left or right on opening the mouth?

Please write back.

Thanks

Hello
This has happened before
Did not yawn to much
I didn’t eat anything to hard that I can remember
No real swelling
A little stiff when I try to open my mouth all the way

Brief Answer:
Get an Orthopantomogram done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for writing back.

I have viewed the image and it looks like the problem is with the jaw joint only.
So first get an Orthopantomogram done to get checked the status of the jaw joints.
As of now take muscle relaxant and massage the area where there is pain in gentle round motion of finger tips.
Take soft foods and avoid excessive mouth opening.
Do warm compresses.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.
