Brief Answer:
Intertrigo

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up and photographs.
It is intertrigo, a mixed bacterial and fungal infection.
Continue using Luliconazole in night and apply ointment mupirocin in morning.
This combination should help you.
If this doesn't help you within 2 days then you must meet a doctor as you might require treatment with oral antibiotics.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you
