I have been now eating extremly healthy and at one point was juicing , but then I started to get that pain on my low right side again really bad, And I began coughing up alot of blood, and at some point i was coughing up clots, The doctors did a CT scan and seen two spots on my low right lung, one the size of a quarter and the other a dime, I also have other symptoms too I ant explain, I get head pain here and there, and also I have spasms in my whole body, now I also have been getting sharp right flank pain, headaches and even spasm on m low right side, Can someone please help me, The doctors checked my gallbladder it was fine, kidneys fine I have a cyst on the left but he said thats common, liver is fine,

Hi,

Thank you for your query.

I can understand your concerns. However a detailed CT report would help me in giving you a correct guidance. You can upload the report using the facility provided on this site for me to review.

Pulmonary hypertension should not give rise to the spots described by you and the two spots would require further investigation to know the cause and line of management.

Has any investigation for the knee issue been done?

I hope I have answered your query to your satisfaction. Please feel free to revert back in case you share the report or would like to have any clarification.

Wishing you an early recovery.

The doctor is doing a biopsy in 2 weeks, but he said its not a tumor of anything, more like an infection of some sort. Its at the base of the lower part of my right lung, and thats also where the mild case of hypertension is.
The pulmonologist has the disk.

Hi,

Thank you for the update.

We shall have to wait for the biopsy report. If it is an infection then blood investigations and culture should tell us the type of infection so that appropriate medication could have been started.

Secondly, pulmonary hypertension is not present in a localised area.

Thirdly you have not shared the investigative and clinical findings of the knee problem.

I hope I have responded to your query to your satisfaction. Please feel free to revert back for any clarifications.

Wishing you all the best.

Regards,

Rajiv
