Brief Answer:
yes, it appears to be pink eye/conjunctivitis

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Yes it is likely pink eye which is an infection of the conjunctiva of the eye, conjunctivitis

It is most commonly viral but there can be bacterial infection occurring as well.

With viral infection, treatment consists mainly of eye hygiene till the infection resolves: (1) cleaning the eye with a disposable eye wipe or clean material when discharge occurs
(2)copious hand washing to avoid spread to the other eye or other persons

If it is bacterial then anti bacterial (antibiotic) eye drops need to be added. Because it is sometimes very difficult to determine if it is bacterial or viral, antibiotic drops or ointment is usually given anyway eg besivance, zymaxid, oculflox etc

It usually resolves within a few days (3 to 5)

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
