Brief Answer:
rest, anti inflammatory medication, warm compress

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

there are different possibilities, two possibilities are: it may be a cyst or may be an enlarged epitrochlear lymph node.

Cyst are sacs that can develop at different points in the point, commonly as a result of infection or trauma or repeated/overuse of a joint or area.

Epitrochlear nodes are normally found in the elbow but they become enlarged in response to any infection or trauma or allergy in the area.

you can consider doing the following: (1) a warm compress to the area, 3 to 4 times daily for 10 to 15 mins, this helps reduce localized swellings such as the one that you have at the moment

(2)anti inflammatory medication- even though it is not painful, the use of anti inflammatory medication would help to reduce the swelling because swelling is part of the body's inflammatory response

Eg ibuprofen, cataflam, naproxen , celebrex- one of these can be used to help reduce your swelling

(3)reduce movement to avoid irritating the area

If there is no improvement within a few days or any worsening, then you should be seen

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
