Welcome to healthcare magic!
Such offensive smell with discharge is strongly suggestive of local infection.
It can happen to anybody so there is no need to feel low in self esteem.
You should be proactive to manage it.
Get a complete blood counts and a culture and sensitivity test of urine and a Gram stain and culture of the local discharge.
i am sure you would get benefitted with treatment with antibiotics which your clinician would prescribe after seeing these reports.
I hope you would get benefited with my advise.
Wish you a good health.
