Brief Answer:
Elevated B6 levels

Detailed Answer:
Hi...
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" Service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

There are a few genetic diseases and congenital errors of metabolism, in which there is vitamin B6 deficiency but none is known to be associated with an elevated levels.
Vitamin B6 is a water soluble vitamin and whenever the stores of it get saturated, excess of it is excreted in urine and does not cause any toxicity.
As you are not on any supplementation hence these levels seem to be transient and due to dietary factors.

An increase in B6 levels can reduce circulating homo cysteine levels which cause a decline in cardiovascular risks.
High levels of it ,due to very high dose supplementation(doses of more than 1000 mg daily over a period of months)have been correlated with sensory neuropathy though.

Avoid the food stuffs containing large amounts of B6 like fortified breakfast cereal, salmon,,potatoes, lean meat, turkey, chicken, avocado, banana etc and go for a repeat testing of B6 levels after a period of time, say one month.

Hope that I have answered your query.
Happy living.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
Elevated B6 levels

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir.

This is a marginal rise in B6 levels.
Upper limit of normal range is 46.7 micro grams per liter and your value is 69.1.
This is probably not very significant and levels are not high enough to cause toxicity symptoms.

Best regards.
