Does Winter Can Cause Chest Pain And Breathlessness?

Question: I was feeling pain in my chest from morning but this pain has covered whole chest region . I am feeling issue in breathing properly now. I am not able to lay down on bed and turn myself on bed either side. yesterday I was perfectly good. it seems it's winter effect . advise me

Based on the description it appears to be a Musculoskeletal pain. You can apply a Diclofenac based gel twice daily without massage for relief.I would still recommend you to get an ECG done at asap.

Are you a diabetic or hypertensive?
Are you on any medications ?

yes , I used some medicine

pantolet DSR(twice a day)
cefolac 200(twice a day)
and two tabs more (trice a day)
and feeling better after using these

It appears to be due to Gastritis, as pantolet DSR has helped.

You can continue Pantolet for 5 days. Also can start a antacid gel like Omez O taken before food 10ml thrice daily for 5 days
