Detailed Answer:
Hi and Welcome to "Ask A Doctor" service. Thanks fro using this app. I have read your question and here is my advice.
Voriconazol is quite effective anti fungal drug and may be very necessary. It's side effects are troublesome many times. Gastric upset, and vomiting is also a side effect and it do occur with the drug in quite many people. In few studies the frequency of vomiting with thus drug was upto 5 percent, mean 5 out of hundred people taking this drug experienced vomiting. So yes this is possible that your wife may be having vomiting because of the drug. However we must be sure to rule out other causes of vomiting as you said before blaming the drug.
Vomiting is is not most of the times very serious side effect. And this may also decrease with time. Here we need to balance the need of the drug and the severtiy of side effect.Like if this has been for 5 months now, and vomiting is too much here the risk may be more then the benefits and we may think stopping the drug.
So you can talk to your doctor in this regard, though if vomiting is not severe, or can be controlled by some ways, continuing the drug may be necessary.
Hopes this answer help you understand your query. Let me know if you have any further questions about it.

Detailed Answer:
Sorry for getting late with reply, had a busy day at hospital.
If she had removed both parts of lungs and and there is no severe vomiting, I would personally recommend to continue with the drug to complete the course as the infection needs to be cured and there are not too much alternatives to the drug.
Yes you are right she needs to have good diet to have have good recovery. But that can be achieved without stopping drugs. Like she should take food more frequently, and she should take good balanced diet rather then taking too much.
She may also be given some antacids if she feels burning in stomach or regurgitation of food.
Also to avoid spicy foods, and to tri to avoid alcohol and smoking, and to avoid taking heavy meals at one time. Also she should avoids late time meals like stop meal atleast 2 hours before bed.
Sometimes anti emetic (drugs that work for vomiting) may be advised if needed.
These measure may help. But if not severe, better to continue with the drug.
