Does Clear Fluid Discharge From Penis Before Ejaculation Contain Sperm?

Question: The clear fluid that comes out of penis before ejaculation, does it contain sperm or no? I've asked doctors before and some say yes and some say no.

The clear fluid which comes before ejaculation is known as pre-ejeculate and it may contain sperms some times but the concentration of the sperm is low as compared to actual semen.

Pre-ejaculate fluid is believed to work as a lubricant and an acid neutralizer during and after penetration.

Yes,as I said earlier pre-ejaculate fluid contains no sperms or if contains then it is in very low concentration.

Some men may have sperm in it but in very low quantity or some may not have.
