Brief Answer:
The medications interact and dose adjustment is needed.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I think some of this drugs interact causing the symptoms.
Clonidin and Taztia interact with bupropion and fluoxetine and also interact between each other. This interaction causes bupropion and fluoxetine to stay longer in body causing fuzziness and drowsiness.

I think you should show consult your psychiatrist for the dose management of your medications.
