Brief Answer:
Bladder and prostate inflammation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

First of all you should do an urine sample to check for infection.
It may need antibiotics to get cured.

I want to suggest you some tips to lower inflammation.

Drink lots of water and fluids.
Cranberry juice is very useful.
Also you can use warm compresses at the end of abdomen.
Limit your caffeine, tea, soda and tomato juice intake to reduce inflammation of bladder and prostate.
Taking advil is a good idea.

Hope I have answered the question.
