Brief Answer:
Reports are fine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I ll discuss the reports except for eye report which shows some abnormalities.
From cardiac point of view, ECG is fine except some elevated heart rate. His tmt and echo are also fine. LDL cholesterol is mildly elevated for which he should continue his current cholesterol medications and also continue his hypertension medications, otherwise remaining cardiac work up is fine. so prognosis is good from cardiac point of view.
Other reports are also fine. Kidney shows benign cyst and gall bladder shows tiny polyp, which is nothing to worry about. So prognosis is good here as well and needs no specific treatment.
Remaining blood investigations also show no significant abnormalities so prognosis is good.
So except eyes, hypertension and cholesterol, rest investigations are fine and overall good prognosis.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
