There is probably some ST depression, needs TMT.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr Shrikant,

I have studied the attached ECG.

There is some ST segment flattening and depression in anterolateral chest leads suggesting ischemic changes.

Best to follow-up with cardiologist and get TMT done if she is asymptomatic.

Or, you will need to go for angiography if she has angina/chest pain.
