Question: Dear Sir, Please advise regarding prognosis of child in this case. There is history of Obstructive Uropathy since 2014. Cystoscopy + RGP + Left ureteric implantation done in 2015. USG reports of 2016 and 2017 are attached herewith. Please refer recent USG and RFT and advise.

Hi... I have gone through your uploaded reports in detail.
I feel that the kid has got good prognosis.
But he needs to be followed up for -
1. Growth parameters.
2. Renal function testing.
3. Blood pressure monitoring.
4. Kidney scarring by DMSA scans.

But overall prognosis seems to be good.
