Please Guide in attached 2d echo and TMT.
in my observation base line ECG of TMT is Showing Premature Ventricular Contraction, please guide further its prognosis and expected treatment.

Hello

If Echocardiogram and TMT are otherwise normal without any evidence of ischemia then VPC’s are not much of a concern and the prognosis is good.

Vpcs itself doesn’t cause any issues until unless they start occurring quite frequently or consequently.
