Brief Answer:
What are the symptoms of the patient?

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have noted the MRI reports. The report shows compression of lumbar nerves in the lower back. These nerves travel from back to the legs. The compression is because of bulging of discs (located between the bones).

Treatment can be done with medicines, physiotherapy, epidural injections and surgery. The exact treatment depends on patient's symptoms. Please get back with details of patient's symptoms.

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,
