Brief Answer:
It is very likely an Oral allergy syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Welcome to "Ask a Doctor" service.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

I have gone through your query and here is my opinion.

The ears may itch when we eat certain specific foods,to which we are allergic.
The feeling usually stop as soon as we finish the meal.
This is called as Oral allergy syndrome.
You should observe the foods which cause aggravation of this problem and avoid them.

At times,Itchy ears can be a sign of an ear infection but it has no relation to meals.

You can take antihistamines like Levocetrizine 5 mg after dinner and put 70 percent alcohol (Rubbing alcohol) drops in ears.

If the symptoms do not improve, see an Otolaryngologist(ENT Specialist).

Hope that I have answered your query.

Stay blessed and stay healthy.
Regards.

Brief Answer:
It is very likely an Oral allergy syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back...

As of today there is no clinically proven "permanent" cure for allergies including food allergies.
The best remedy is to strictly avoid the culprit food stuffs.

There may not be a permanent cure for allergies but you can very well control and treat your symptoms.
In addition to avoiding exposure to allergens, antihistamine drugs like Levocetrizine and corticosteroids help to control the symptoms.
An Immunologist can guide you further.

Happy living.
Warm regards.

Brief Answer:
It is very likely an Oral allergy syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Although there are no definitive tests for Oral allergy Syndrome,a diagnosis is made by clinical history and positive allergy skin test.
At times ,blood test for specific antigen is done.

Skin prick testing is commonly done in majority of allergy clinics under supervision of Allergologists.
