Question: Dear Doctor,I am Pradeep Vishwakarma,age 29 , last from past 2 week I am suffering from severe Vomit in whole day after eating or before eating but vomiting cant done , and some time its heavier, also find at afternoon sometimes feel like viral fevers.In past medicine i have taken 1. rebemart dsr 2. Abd-400

5)Crohn's disease
6)ulcerative colitis

To those patients who come to my clinic with similar symptoms, I would recommend the following :
thorough clinical examination
ultrasound imaging of abdomen and pelvis
endoscopy if necessary.
You may continue to take rabemart dsr daily once.
You may take tab.ondansetron 4mg twice daily to prevent vomiting.
If your symptoms don't relieve with above medications, you need to consult a gastroenterologist for further evaluation.
