Brief Answer:
GERD/ gallbladder issues
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. Her symptoms like orange urine, back pain and abdominal pain are mostly related with :
- gallbladder issues( sludge or stones)
- GERD - reflux disease ( burping especially)
2. To my opinion she needs to do :
- abdominal ultrasound
- upper endoscopy
3. Meantime I suggest to :
- avoid fatty foods
- eat often and small amount of meal
- avoid coffee and chocolate
- eat 3-4 hours before bedtime
- use prilosec OTC and antacids like Gaviscon to reduce GERD symptoms. Use antispasmodic drugs like bytiscopolamine to reduce pain due to GERD issues.
Hope it was helpful to you!
