Question: Current Med: Latuda 20 mg twice a day; .5 Lorazapam up to 4 times a day as needed

In your professional experience, What is a good substitute for the Lorazepam that is not as addictive and more permanent; and works well with Latuda. Valium and Inderal are not options. Thank you.
Please no sedating options.

Brief Answer:
Etizolam can be tried.

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for using 'Ask A Doctor' service

I can understand your problem.

Etizolam is also a benzodiazepine and has very less sedation and very less risk of addiction. This can be tried instead of Lorazepam. This can be given with Latuda.

No need to get worried. You can talk to her doctor about this.

Thanks
