Question: Hi Doc,

I am 26 year old suddenly while eating i had pain in the middle of the chest had some water but i was very tensed of having heart attack as the pain move to my left arm, so i went to ER and had ECG it was normal. but still was worried so i went to apollo and had my 2d ECHO and TMT both are normal. Sugar level is 96, Lipid profile is normal and BP is 130/80 sometimes. I had some discomfort in left arm so i visit a neuro they gave medicine after a week pain was same so i had a MRI and Electric check both were normal. its been a month for all these still i experience some chest discomfort and pain in the neck shoulder and get tensed easily and have fast heart heart beat. I go for cycling/exercise in gym but i am always worried I will have a heart attach, as my mom had a heart attach. Could you please suggest what to do in such situation as it is becoming very difficult in my head.

I don't know if its all in my head or should I be something worried, As my Cardiologist suggested I have no heart issue but why their is a sudden pain I don't know , In neck left arm while working
