Question: Hi. Could someone please interpret the following please?

Skull Base: The carotid canal and jugular foramen are within normal limits. There is partial opacification of a right anterior ethmoid air cell and inferior recess of the right frontal sinus. Mucosal thickening is present along the inferior recess of the left frontal sinus. The anterior clinoid processes are pneumatized bilaterally.

Hi,

1. From the attached report, there are mild changes due to rhinitis/ frontal and ethmoid sinusitis. the rest are anatomical variants that are commonly seen. A VP Shunt is seen.

2. It will be helpful if you upload or share the CT Scan images for an accurate opinion.

3. Please state which symptoms are currently being investigated/ treated.
