Question: I am experiencing epsisodes of shortness of breath, rigid movements of muscles, tingling and pain in exremeties, confusion, difficulty speaking and involuntary facial/head/extremity movements. Almost like small seizures. High blood pressure and goosebumps. It all started after upping busporine dosage and Vyvannse. Sometimes debilitating. Could it be high serotin levels.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

What you are describing is almost certainly anxiety and/or panic attacks. It might be caused by an increased dose of Vyvanse, which can precipitate panic attacks and worsen anxiety. You may need higher doses of buspirone, or the gabapentin could help so that was a good idea for your doctor to prescribe!
