Could An Encounter With Poison Ivy Affecting The Testicles As A Child Render A Person Impotent As An Adult?

Me an my husband have been trying to get pregnant and its been a year tryin an no result he has mention to me an incident he had years back where he had poison ivy in his balls for being in the outdoors an his mom threw clorox on it to"cure" but he thinks that maybe because of that he doesnt produce enough sperm or maybe the cloroax killed his sperm so now hes freaking out thinking he might be sterile because of that.
