Brief Answer:
Nothing serious

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...

I can understand your concern...

I've checked the report of your chest CT. Firstly, these findings are not so serious don't worry so much.

Pleuroparenchimal thickness means that probably you have smoked or worked in a polluted environment and have passed lung infection during your lifetime. For these, just lifestyle modification should be done.

The nodules are not changed during the time and this is a good sign. You should follow the radiologist's recommendations for those.

Atelectasis means that there a difficulty for your lungs to fully expand.

However, it is very important to know what are your signs and symptoms such as do you have a cough, breathlessness or fatigue to correlate with the chest CT findings.

I hope to have been helpful...
