Question: hi im just wondering i have mirena coil for last year, u have been having very light brown periods every month. this month on 25th as normal brown period stoppe

hi im 41. mirena was inserted for perimenopause august 2022. last period was last week for two days until i had slimming treatment. one before that was 25 days but they are always brown discharge just sonce mirena insertion. no swelling or discolouration in breasts

I suggest you to get the Lipid profile test done, which can give a clue into whether there is imbalance in the cholesterol levels which inturn can influence the hormonal status leading to disturbances in the periods.
