Question: My mom was a diabetic she ran out of her metamorfin for 5 days. she was feeling good. On the sixth day she had an aneurysm that caused her death could it be because she ran out of her medication? when she got to the hospital her blood sugar was high and also her blood pressure.

No, ran our of Metfromine could not cause aneurysm rupture. This medicine decreases blood sugar level. But it does not affect blood vessels in such short time. So it has nothing to do with the aneurysm rupture.
High blood pressure could cause its rupture. But it was not caused by lack of Metformine.
