Brief Answer:

Get an ultrasound scan done.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

If you had bleeding from 28th Feb for two weeks like a normal period then a normal pregnancy is not likely.

Even after an abortion, it takes 2-3 weeks for the pregnancy test to become negative again. You need to get an ultrasound scan done first to find out the status of pregnancy.

If you have a pregnancy of fewer than 8 weeks then you can plan for an abortion.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
