Question: Can my husband take Dexamethasone with his singulair?

He's having a hard time with nausea on singulair, is there anything he can do for this? Normally he would take zofran.

Yes he can take it safely. There is no contraindications to take both of them in the same time.

There is no direct relationship between using Singulair and nausea. Probably he has any other problem.

He can take zofran once if he has severe nausea but in my opinion his doctor should decide further because he or she knows better his clinical picture.

However it depends on the cause of nausea to decide further about the treatment.
