Brief Answer:
There is no serious concern, please find detailed information below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. It is important to know details of all the medications that you have taken twice their dose to provide you with a complete answer.

2. However most of the medications when taken in double dose 12 hours apart and by mistake will not cause any significant side effect or serious concern.

3. Fenofibrate is given in a range of doses and since you have started it recently, it is possible that you are on a lower dose. Such a dose will not cause any serious effects if taken twice on one occasion.

4. Please do not worry for having taken your medications including fenofibrate as a double dose on a single occasion which happened in error.

5. It is best to store your pills in a pill box and that will help avoid future incidents of overdose.

6. You can take regular dose from tomorrow.

7. Do reply back with details of other medications that have been taken twice, should you seek further clarifications.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Regards,
Dr.Vivek
