Brief Answer:

Mostly unrelated

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

These are mostly unrelated medical conditions.

If we consider one cause for all this, then four possibilities come to my mind.

These possibilities are a side effect of some medicine, a gastrointestinal problem producing complications, sensitivity/ allergy, or auto-immune.

The gastrointestinal problem could be some type of malabsorption due to an infection.

These require detailed laboratory work up. If you have done tests, please upload reports for me to view.

Symptomatic treatment must be taken e.g pain killers for pain, anti-allergic for sore throat, vitamin B complex. Drinking cleaner water and hygienic food is a must.

Hope I have answered your query.

Take care
