Brief Answer:
Take some rest and continue to drink pure water.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have reviewed your information fully. This sounds like food intolerance/intoxication. You would need to revert to drinking water and having some rest. As soon as you succeed in passing out the consumed foods, you will regain your initial state of health. Keep it simple with plain fluids and avoid soda and fruit juices at this time.

I hope this guides and helps. I wish you well. Feel free to follow up with me if need be.
