Noted your history of medications our are using. It seems that you have bleeding piles.
Antibiotic does not give any relief for the bleeding pile unless there is associated infection.

I would advise you to get per-rectal examination and proctoscopy to begin with by a General Surgeon to know the grade of the pile and decision for further management if not yet done.
